Maxwell Manning, Ph.D. is a coach, clinician, trainer, researcher and consultant with forty years of clinical, research, organizational and administrative experience. He has provided consultation to government, non-profit and for-profit organizations with a special emphasis on organizational and policy development, cultural competence, program evaluation and psychosocial/ecosystem assessments.

Dr. Manning has been involved in several large urban and national evaluation and organizational endeavors funded by the Center for Mental Health, the Center for Substance Abuse Programs, and Head start. He has a expertise in conducting assessments in organizational cultural competence. He also has conducted workshops and seminars at numerous conferences.

As an educator, Dr. Manning has been an adjunct professor teaching at New York University, College of New Rochelle, and Empire State College.  He has held teaching appointments at Catholic University, Howard University and University of Maryland.

He received his MSW from SUNY at Stony Brook and Ph.D. from New York University.  He has post-graduate coach training from the College of Executive Coaching and Lifeforming Leadership program with several years of training in human development.
